After the success of two previous generations, the Stilo ST6 full-face racing helmet has been introduced for 2025 with significant improvements in comfort, weight, visibility, and—most importantly—safety. Drawing from experience in elite motorsport categories such as Formula One and World Endurance, the new ST6 shell builds on proven design principles. A redesigned lower visor opening enhances visibility of the dashboard and cockpit, while improved air channels in the chin and top of the helmet increase airflow to reduce heat, sweat, and moisture.
The interior has been refined with a new layout for integrated features like optional quick-release hydration systems, radio wiring, and cold air inlets. Updated cheek and chin padding now offer a better fit and feel, and the overall interior lining has been enhanced for greater comfort. A new medium-sized shell (59–61cm) has also been introduced to better accommodate most drivers.
An exclusive accessory lineup for the ST6 is available, including tinted visors, screw kits, and advanced aerodynamic components. The visor locking mechanism has been upgraded to comply with the latest FIA 8859-2024 standards for visor security. The ST6 F/GT variants come partially pre-wired with electronics, featuring a built-in female Stilo Nexus connector for MRTC/Autotel radios, an adjustable microphone, and an integrated earpiece connector—allowing for quick and easy communication setup during driver changes.
